Magnet performance testing
Test the performance of magnets used in magnetic products, the magnet with unqualified performance shall not be used, and the qualified magnet is the premise for the magnetic force of the whole magnet assembly to reach the standard.
Numerical control machining
Ensure the precision of iron shell parts, and lay the foundation for the smooth assembly and perfect combination with magnets.
PCT aging testing
Test the moisture resistance of the product, which can quickly expose the defects and weak links of the product, to provide the basis for improving product quality.
Ultrasonic cleaning
The magnet and iron shell were cleaned before electroplating to ensure a good electroplating appearance of the finished magnetic products.
Metallographic hardness analysis
Analyze the hardness and compressive strength of the materials, deeply understand the surface and internal defects of the materials, and improve the processing technology.
Salt-spray testing
Test the corrosion resistance of the product to determine whether the magnet assemblies can meet the application requirements under special conditions.
Vertical pull-force testing
Random sampling test on the whole batch of orders, magnetize and deliver the goods after the test results meet customers' requirement.
