A rubber-coated holding magnet with a handle is an ideal magnetic holder for holding&clamping, is designed based on the normal pot magnets. The main part is a rubber-coated neodymium magnetic base with a threaded stud. The powerful base is composed of several NdFeB disc magnets arrayed according to a specific closed magnetic circuit, that produces a strong clamping force.
The whole holding magnet is sealed with durable TPE rubber, which avoids direct contact between the magnet and the metal surface. It can prevent scratches on the attached surface caused by friction, and damage on the strong magnets caused by excessive strong magnetic attraction is prevented. Screwed with a handle, the rubber-coated magnetic holder is more convenient to be taken away after use.
The rubber-coated holding magnet with handle is used in the color-changing and film pasting process of the automobile as a magnetic placeholder, it provides a clamping solution, and also protects the surface paint from external damage. Different colors are available for the rubber-coated magnetic bases and handle.
