Tiny Neodymium Magnets


The magnets with dimensions under 10mm are usually known as small or tiny magnets, and the 2mm or 1mm magnet is even called micro magnets. Because of the highest energy product of neodymium magnet material, even tiny neodymium magnets have a strong force and are known as tiny powerful, and strong magnets.

Tiny magnets, also known as small, precision, or mini magnets, typically measure below one millimeter. In some cases, dimensions may be below 0.50mm. These can be crafted from NdFeB magnets (up to N55 grade), SmCo, AlNiCo, and FeCrCo.

Challenges in manufacturing include surface coatings, especially crucial in medical applications, where coatings like tin, gold, and Parylene are essential. SmCo magnets boast high-temperature resistance and stability, while AlNiCo is often chosen for its temperature stability.
